has a Night Drop Box available for citizens to surrender unwanted or
stray animals, seven days a week after normal business hours.

Dogs and cats are available for adoption at Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center.

Dogs $85
Cats $55Adoption fees include: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing,
and a free veterinary check at participating clinics.The Adoption Center provides a "get acquainted" area prior to adoption.

Last year, DAS adopted close to 2,000 dogs and cats and over 2,500 were transferred to rescue groups. With our continued education and outreach efforts we are on pace to exceed our adoptions by 50% compared to last year’s statistics.
