An Intact Animal Permit may be obtained by an animal owner who is a member of a pureblood dog or cat club, or by an animal owner who has completed a responsible pet ownership class with the City of Dallas. The cost of an Intact Animal Permit is $70 annually, plus the $30 registration fee per unsterilized animal. Total cost for an intact animal is $100.
