From Downtown, take I-30 West to Westmoreland. Exit Westmoreland and continue on the service road ... at this light, we're on the right. The Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center is located at the corner of Westmoreland and I-30.

Administrative offices and the Animal Shelter
will be closed.

Field operations will be responding to
priority calls through 311.

Monday – Saturday, 11am - 6:30pm

Sunday, 12pm - 5pm

Citizens of Dallas may surrender owned animals or stray animals during the hours of 11am through 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and 12pm through 5pm on Sunday, excluding government recognized holidays.

In the case of an emergency, citizens can continue to call 311 at any time or Rapid Response from 6am through 6pm, Monday through Friday.
